Aesthetic Skin Care Center is under the direction of Dr. James H. Carraway, who is director of the Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center of the Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Dr. Carraway's areas of expertise include cosmetic surgery of the face, eyelid area, and body – including breast surgery, body contouring and liposuction.

Dr. Carraway is Board Certified in general surgery and plastic surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
