Age Spot Reduction
Sometimes called “sunspots” or “liverspots”,
these unwelcomed signs of aging are actually pigmented lesions. We
recommend using an Intense Pulse Laser (IPL). Because this type of
laser light is attracted to pigment (chromophore) in the skin, there
is generally no collateral damage to the surrounding skin.
Age spots will respond quickly to the laser treatment, but will need
3 – 6 treatments depending on the color of the lesion and skin
color of the patient treated.
